What makes an art exhibition truly stand out as an experiential environment? It takes years of aesthetic sensibility to curate and cultivate the presentation of art itself, and who better than Suranjana Satwalekar to lend her mind to this profession! She has charted an eclectic professional career: from teaching and practice in exhibition/museum design, photography, audio visuals and design for television, to heading creative teams of various projects at NID for almost two decades. She was the principal designer of the Reserve Bank Monetary Museum in Mumbai and project head of the Khalsa Heritage Museum while at NID.
Suranjana is arguably India’s most sought-after design consultant for themed spaces, museums, exhibitions and heritage projects. Under her tutelage many have trained their senses in the craft of presentation, and she will continue to carry forward the same with her undertaking as a BOMB on Creanara.
"India is by no means short of creative talent. Business now does realise the value of such talent but where do they find it? This is true of even businesses that provide creative services. It is about time that a there is a platform where creative and allied services converge in a manner that is both beneficial to them as well as to the sectors they seek to serve." "Creanara is the convergence of all the lines connecting India’s creative dots." SURANJANA SATWALEKAR
